When our retail and hospitality customers experience an upturn in business we adjust our cleaning and maintenance management plan to reflect the changing operating hours and scope.

For a large-scale multi-site entertainment venue that became sold out for weeks, FMSA worked with management to provide fully trained and inducted backup staff to service the change in scope without compromising on safety, hygiene or presentation.

FMSA’s operational team also introduced emerging technology which improved the standard of cleaning in the rest-rooms, minimised the hours worked by cleaning staff and improved quality and customer satisfaction.
